1.冷面、锅包肉

冷面有什么稀奇的?是的,很多韩料店都有冷面,但是只有延吉冷面最正宗。

What's so peculiar about cold noodles? Yes, there are cold noodles in many Korean food shops, but only Yanji cold noodles are the most authentic.

除了那口酸甜的冷面汤,最重要的原料——荞麦面也很重要。荞麦粉和成面团,放进机器现压成细条,滚水煮熟后立马沥干放进凉水降温,才能嚼劲十足。

2.包饭

东北人的饭包,好不好吃主要靠鸡蛋酱,一碗带劲的鸡蛋酱拌进饭里,加入土豆泥、葱花和香菜,用白菜叶包才是正宗的东北饭包。

那延吉的包饭又是什么样的呢?进门就是满满的朝鲜族氛围,肘子肉真的是全场最佳,看上去可能有点腻,但肥瘦相间的肘子肉加热之后入口即化,肉香完全不会被酱香盖住,一口下去好吃到起飞!包饭的菜叶也很多样,有干豆腐、卷心菜、生菜、海带和苏子叶。
